Bukit Merah - Institutional Sales Service Coordinator (6 months)

You will provide essential administrative support to the Relationship Management and Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring smooth operations across the Asia ex-Japan region.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for institutional sales across Asia ex-Japan.
- Process expenses, coordinate travel logistics, and manage calendars for sales team members and senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce C360, track new business opportunities, and prepare summary reports.
- Support marketing activities including event planning, sponsorship coordination, and preparation of client materials.
- Assist with presentation book production, formatting documents, and ensuring quality outputs.
- Handle confidential secretarial duties for the Senior Managing Director - Institutional Sales (Asia ex-Japan)/CEO.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and successful project delivery.
What you bring:
- Diploma in Business or related field.
- At least two years' experience in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally in financial services.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Event management experience (virtual and in-person).
- Positive, collaborative attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
