Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine design concepts through user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes based on detailed business requirements
• Utilize wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to facilitate functional and technical development, ensuring alignment across teams
• Ensure all designs follow responsive, mobile-first principles to support seamless omnichannel loyalty engagement across devices and platforms
• Convert visual designs and mock-ups into responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS stylesheets
• Oversee the design and production of digital assets such as banners, email communications, and promotional materials
• Lead the creative development of seasonal and thematic loyalty campaigns, including gamification experiences, to drive customer engagement
• Manage master templates for websites and electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns, adapting them efficiently for localization and multiple languages

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or certification qualification
• 3-6 years of experience
• Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, Figma, Adobe XD
• Passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences
• Creative and responsible
