We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide essential support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their stay.

Position: Healthcare Assistant
Location: North-East Region

Salary: Up to $2400

Job Description:

Prepare trolleys with water and hot beverages for breakfast, teabreak, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
Serve and provide feeding assistance to certain patients as directed by nursing staff.
Assist in restocking supplies between morning meals, tea breaks, lunch, and dinner services.
Respond promptly to patients' call bells, relay their requests to the appropriate department, and ensure timely resolution.
Assist and guide patients to toilets as needed.
Monitor patients closely, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry supplies, alerting nursing staff to low stock levels.
Collaborate with nursing staff in changing and cleaning patients when necessary.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the department-in-charge, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work in a rotational shift system (No night/graveyard shifts)
Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent
Able to read and write in simple English
