About the role
As a Senior Technician at AUTO ARZT, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles within our West Region workshops. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Diagnose and repair mainly BMW, MINI and Porsche.
- Faults and issues, utilising your extensive technical knowledge and experience
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing on vehicles to the highest industry standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to support their professional development
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and ensure workshop processes and procedures are followed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop operations and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Automotive Technician with a proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
