Finance Manager (3+3 Months Contract)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the billing function and month-end responsibilities on revenue and associated accruals

• Support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely production of statutory financial statements

• Prepare and review tax calculations and submissions to IRAS

• Support in ensuring compliance with associated regulatory requirements

• Respond to queries and manage audits by IRAS
• Responding to other statistical requests from governmental authorities

• Support in ensuring strong internal control environment by supporting monthly internal audit of internal control processes
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, procedures and standards
• Support periodical balance sheet review and reconciliations in a timely manner
• Create effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders

(Country and regional finance teams, government authorities, auditors, tax agents etc)

• Relevant university degree, professional accounting qualification or equivalent
• 3-5+ years of experience in a similar specialist finance role

• Strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Integrity, attention to detail and results orientated mindset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good in project management and presentation skills
• Prior experience in logistics sector will be an advantage
