As an Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Organize and provide administrative support for internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinicians to facilitate seamless operations within the assigned area.
• Review and refine departmental workflows to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient experience, operational efficiency, and resource optimization.
• Assist in the annual budget cycle by recommending capital and operational expenditure requirements.
• Prepare budget approval documents and track budget utilization to ensure alignment with approved allocations and maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Participation in the procurement processes.
• Plan, analyze, and forecast non-stock and consigned stock levels to maintain adequate inventory without overstocking.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Working experience in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
