What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the lighting industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer needs
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction
Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
