We are seeking a dedicated and clinically competent Nurse to join our dermatology and surgical practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care across consultation, procedural, and operating theatre settings, while upholding professional standards and patient experience excellence.

Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised dermatological care through innovative, evidence-based treatments. In this role, you will support this vision by managing staffing, inventory, insurance processes and financial controls, enabling the clinical team to focus on patient care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with clinical procedures
• Assist in consultation by clerking patient history and supporting doctors during examinations
• Support dermatological procedures, including laser treatments, minor surgeries, and injection-based treatments
• Perform subcutaneous and intramuscular injections safely and competently
• Deliver wound care management, including dressing, suture removal, and post-procedure care
• Assist in advanced dermatological procedures requiring aseptic technique and precision, including graft handling and procedural support where required
• Participate in structured training and competency development for specialised procedural skills under supervision
• Prepare and maintain operating/treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilised and ready for use (including autoclaving)
• Dispense medications in accordance with clinic protocols and physician instructions
• Provide patient education and counselling on treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care
• Offer financial counselling where required and assist patients with treatment planning
• Coordinate hospital admissions and support insurance claim processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with dermatologists and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans
• Manage patient flow, appointments, and overall clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical competencies
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

• Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate in Singapore
• Possesses at least a Diploma in Nursing
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role, preferably in a dermatology or outpatient setting
• Open to nurses who are just starting their careers
• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in wound care, medication administration, and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and stay calm under pressure
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care
• Able to work extended hours if needed
