Position : Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

Location : Ubi / Client Site
Working hours : 5.5 days/ 8 hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Building & Construction

Main Responsibilities:

Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost
Develop and maintain detailed project plans
Manage deliverables, scope, changes, issues, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional resolution and communication with main contractor
Monitor progress, performance, costs, and cash flow
Evaluate project outcomes and support dissemination activities
Work closely with client to meet business needs
Certify subcontractors’ progress claims
Perform other project engineering/management tasks

Requirements:

B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or relevant course
Min. 5 - 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
Preferably with construction industry background (Architectural & M&E)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
