Stemgenic is proud to be partnering exclusively with a growing international specialty chemicals manufacturer establishing a new manufacturing facility in Singapore as part of its Asia-Pacific expansion strategy.
The company is recognised globally for its expertise in high-performance polyurethane, epoxy, silicones, adhesives, sealants, and advanced material technologies — supporting industries such as e-mobility, energy storage, automotive electronics, industrial systems, and electrical engineering applications.
Role Summary
Join the founding production team supporting day-to-day specialty chemicals manufacturing operations within a newly established Singapore plant. Three hires in parallel, working alongside European specialists during plant commissioning and ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production equipment and manufacturing systems safely and efficiently
- Support chemical mixing, batching, filling, packaging, and material-handling activities
- Perform raw-material charging, weighing, and production support operations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and support basic troubleshooting activities
- Support warehouse coordination, forklift handling, and inventory movements
- Maintain compliance with operational SOPs, PPE protocols, and safety standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience within manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial operations
- Chemical or process manufacturing exposure advantageous
- Forklift handling experience preferred (valid licence required)
- Comfortable operating within a structured manufacturing environment
- Willingness to support future shift operations as the plant scales
- Pioneer hire within a new Singapore manufacturing operation
