Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: You'll take charge of executing and strategizing Google Ads and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet client goals and objectives.
• Campaign Optimization: You'll oversee the campaign deliverables to ensure quality standards, client expectations and deadlines are met.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and use data to optimize digital performance marketing campaigns, driving better results.
• Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities within your portfolio to upsell services, collaborating with your manager to increase clients' adoption of Activa Media's offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of creatives and website developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
• Ongoing Learning: Stay up-to-date on Activa Media's capabilities and continually enhance your knowledge of paid search and social solutions to communicate offerings effectively.
• Client Retention: Ultimately, be responsible for supporting long-term client relationships by ensuring campaign success and satisfaction.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Professional Certification or Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Information, Mass Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field
• Experience in a digital marketing agency would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Google (SEM & SEO), social media platforms, and content creation
• Proficient in using social media management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required
