Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, with a focus on travel retail and wholesale clients in Singapore.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, expand distribution networks, and successfully open new accounts across the local market.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and elevate brand visibility.
  • Work closely with buyers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build trust.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to sharpen competitive positioning.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements aligned with internal policies and margin goals.
  • Channel client feedback to influence product development and enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in building and expanding distribution channels, particularly within Singapore.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in key account management or sales within consumer goods, travel retail, or related industries.
  • Strong familiarity with Singapore’s travel retail and wholesale sectors.
  • Solid relationships with buyers and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
