The Role
We are looking for a technically skilled and communicative Technical Engineer (QPS) to join our team. This role involves delivering application engineering services, particularly in ICONICS and PLC systems, while acting as a vital link between customers and the sales team.The ideal candidate will be experienced in SCADA system implementation, technical consulting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide application engineering services for ICONICS and PLC-based systems.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and the sales/business development teams.
- Clarify project milestones and estimate required resources before project initiation.
- Deliver SCADA management and consulting services for successful implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ICONICS suite products.
- Offer technical support for both local (Singapore) and overseas projects, supporting end users and system integrators.
- Assist the sales and business development teams with system configuration and technical design proposals.
- Ensure timely and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, and SQL.
- Experience in SCADA/HMI development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D modelling software.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming and development.
- 1–2 years of experience in a SCADA/PLC environment.
- A dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and writing abilities.
