- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
- Salary Range: $5000-6500
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging automotive technologies to refine sales approach
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across new and existing market segments
- Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales support team, including KPI setting and performance management
- Oversee sales operations efficiency including order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service standards
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimise inventory levels and reduce obsolete stock
- Manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and supply continuity
- Work with warranty and technical teams to resolve claims, returns, and technical disputes
- Support CRM and ERP system usage (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and data-driven decision-making
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales or related industry
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including ICE, hybrid, and EV components
- Analytical experience sales, inventory, and margin performance data
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation skills for B2B and high-value accounts
- Experience with fleet operators or large commercial accounts is an advantage
