Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation:Actively seek and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of products or services, tailoring them to the specific needs of potential and current clients.
- Negotiation and Closing:Skillfully negotiate sales contracts and packages to secure deals that are mutually beneficial to the client and the company.
- Sales Target Achievement:Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Account Management:Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance, often using CRM software.
- Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Industry Representation:Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
