Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing plans including strategy, budget, goals of the Company’s e-commerce business
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving social media platforms traffic and acquiring customers
- Develop and implement strategies that promote our Company such as creating persuasive & cohesive marketing messages to be delivered across various social media channels
- Researching & strategizing to create successful campaigns by staying updated on digital marketing industry trends, consumer behaviour & competitor strategies to inform the development of effective marketing plans
- Manage execution all-rounded marketing and promotion campaigns covering (both online & offline promotions, e-marketing, social media campaign, live streaming and joint promotions with third parties
- Identify and evaluate ecommerce & digital technologies to improve business sales performance
- Collaborate with teams to execute various marketing promotional campaigns or product exclusives
- Solid experience with social media including blogs, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, etc
- Evaluate effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns with performance/analysis reports (google/digital analytics, social media/competitive research) with targeting to maximize ROI of various marketing activities and to achieve KPI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, advertising, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years in E-commerce or Technology company.
- Working location at Singapore
- Experience in Google Analytics/ Google Ads/ Facebook Ads Manager tools
- Live streaming / CRM experience is an advantage
- Creative, proactive, self-motivated and independent
- Excellent marketing planning and writing skills
- Excellent communication, good command written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- The mandatory social contribution for employer will be paid by our Company
- Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered Assistant Marketing Manager
