About the role

Ekosys Pte Ltd is seeking Singaporean/PR experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution and oversight of construction projects within the Jurong West Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging developments, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain effective communication
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify and address any potential problems or non-conformances
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and records related to project progress, quality control, and health and safety
Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, including supervision of workers and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
