Service Designer – Cybersecurity & Network Solutions
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Designer to join our Security team under the Network & Security Group. This role focuses primarily on planning, designing, launching and enabling cybersecurity services, while also supporting value-added initiatives for our ISP and private network offerings.
The ideal candidate will focus on service design, partner engagement, internal enablement, and inter-team coordination. While actual operations are handled by our internal SOC team or trusted external partners, this role plays a critical part in defining the service scope and ensuring smooth execution.
Lead service planning, localization, and internalization of existing partner solutions, including:
- Endpoint security (EPP, EDR, MDR)
- Network security (SASE, SD-WAN, Managed Firewall)
- Security assessment (VA, VAPT, BAS)
- User awareness training and Human Risk Management
- Managed Security Services (SOC/MSS) via internal or external operation teams
Design and optimise operational concepts, workflows, provisioning procedures, reporting mechanisms, in coordination with internal SOC team, external service providers, and end customers
Establish scalable frameworks for service promotion and delivery by collaborating with consultants, as well as sales and presales team members in accross APAC region
Simplify and automate operational tasks through API integration / IPaaS with existing tools and platforms
Define and track business metrics such as revenue, gross margin, and service adoption KPIs
Provide enablement, knowledge-sharing, and proposal support to internal sales, presales, and solution engineering teams in the APAC region.
Job Requirement- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity solution planning, business development, or service design
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity domains (e.g., EDR, MDR, SOC, SASE, VA, VAPT, Network Security), trends, new technology
- Strong project coordination, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with API-based system integration or automation tools is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Japanese will be advantage to target service on Non-English speaking market but not mandatory
- Familiarity or experience with ISP or private network service provider business is a plus
