The role

We are seeking a capable Roadshow Assistant cum Administrative professional to join us.

This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and roadshow-related activities.

Key responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative assistance to the team, including filing, document management, and general office support
  2. Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of roadshow events
  3. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of roadshow logistics
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to roadshow activities
  5. Offer customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders
  6. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  2. Prior experience in a similar roadshow or events-related role is preferred
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Monday - Friday
9am - 6pm

$2200 - $2500 + uncapped comms
