Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for interior fit-out and A&A projects
- Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and site activities to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on project execution
- Oversee site progress, quality control, and compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Manage project budget, monitor costs, and work closely with QS on claims and variations
- Resolve technical and site issues promptly to minimize delays
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
- Diploma / Degree in Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in interior fit-out and/or A&A works
- Strong understanding of local construction practices, authority requirements, and site coordination
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
