Work Schedule: 6-Day Work Week with Rotating Shifts
- Opening Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
- Accurately take orders using the POS system and recommend menu items
- Prepare and serve beverages, condiments, and side dishes
- Manage customer flow and seating during peak hours
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders with care and attention to detail
- Address customer feedback and escalate issues appropriately
