Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standards
Responsible for finalizing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria for business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
Lead the functional implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on business process mapping, configuration, and user experience design
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, conducting workshops and interviews to elicit detailed business needs and use cases, facilitating requirements workshops
Configure Salesforce to meet functional requirements, including customizations, workflow automation, and UI enhancements, leveraging declarative tools and low-code solutions, such as Flow and Process Builder

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
