Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive product strategy in alignment with overarching business objectives
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features based on customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial impact
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation
- Lead both early-stage (0-1) product development and large-scale (1-N) product expansion initiatives
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases
- Translate product vision into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Oversee product development cycles using agile methodologies
- Ensure products are scalable, user-friendly, and reliable
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving needs
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance product features and user journeys
- Track product performance through data analytics and key metrics
- Continuously optimise the product experience based on user feedback and usage trends
- Support international product rollouts across diverse markets and customer segments
- Ensure product capabilities meet the demands of global enterprise clients and industrial users
- Collaborate with commercial teams to drive product adoption and customer success
- Continuously enhance product offerings to remain competitive in global markets
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 8-12 years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, IoT, wearable technology, fintech, or enterprise platforms
- Experience working with globally distributed products or international brands
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to global deployment
- Strong expertise in roadmap development, market analysis, and user-centric design
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations, and commercial functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
