Assistant Manager - Plant Engineering & Maintenance

Job Description:

• Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager in reviewing maintenance contract and agreement and novate to Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd
• Liaise with various contractors for repair/maintenance/modification jobs
• Ensure Service and maintenance of all equipment in the facility is carried out in a timely manner and in the event of breakdowns
• Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager to ensure compliance to regulatory requirement
• Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Arrangement of Annual inspection and load test of lifting equipment
• Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager in any on-going project works
• Any other tasks assign by the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Building/Engineering field with 5 years of relevant experience
• Professional experience 6+ years, with relevant functional experience
• Read, write and speaking ability of English is a must
• Action-oriented, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
• Strong organization skills as well as eye for details
• Ability to multitask and manage/lead a team
• Highly motivated team player who is able to work effectively on her own and as part of a wider cross functional team
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic, high-energy individual with good interpersonal skills at all levels
