POSITION TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (PART-TIME/FULL-TIME)
REPORTING TO: HIRING MANAGER
LOCATION: ALEXANDRA ROAD
SALARY: PART-TIME (UP TO $16/HR) | FULL-TIME (UP TO $4,000)

WORKING HOURS: PART-TIME (Min 10Hrs/Week, Flexible) | FULL-TIME (Max 44Hrs/Week)

JOB PURPOSE

To provide administrative and operational support in a digital, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organised, and proactive, with a passion for improving office processes and contributing to team culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining digital filing systems and cloud storage platforms.
Supporting cross-departmental communication using project management tools.
Inputting, updating, and managing databases.
Supporting light design work using tools like Canva.
Participating in digital transformation initiatives within the office.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum Diploma / Completed A-Level
Tech fluency: Comfortable learning new apps and platforms.
Adaptability: Ready to shift gears in fast-paced environments.
Proactivity: Sees opportunities for improvement and acts on them.
Empathy: Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
