Trade Operations Coordinator (12 Months Contract / MNC / 35 hours per week)

Overview

This role supports the Food Department by handling operational and administrative tasks related to the trading business. Responsibilities include credit renewals, payments processing, contract tracking, master data maintenance, and coordinating reporting activities with internal stakeholders.

• Support trade operations and compliance, including credit renewals, license filings, contract tracking, and past-due reviews.
• Process invoices, service charges, and agency payments, and maintain vendor/customer master data and bank details.
• Assist with quarterly reporting, approvals, and audit documentation.
• Support corporate governance processes, including transfer approvals and director filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in trade operations or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of trade and shipping documentation is preferred.

• 35 working hours per week - schedule to be mutually discussed
