Assistant Accountant/Accountant/Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle full set of accounts
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
• Handle tax computations and submissions.
• Assist in external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
• Perform other ad hoc financial tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, and possess a positive work attitude.
• Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Resident preferred.
