Project Coordinator (6 months contract) - Choa Chu Kang

The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of customer-focused initiatives. This role ensures smooth execution of projects that enhance service quality and customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects aligned with business goals—all while championing the voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of customer-centric projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring timelines and key milestones are met.
• Track and report risks, issues, and mitigation efforts across project workstreams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and distribute regular status updates.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in financial services or a project coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks, timelines, and documentation.
• Clear and effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving service quality and user experience.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player able to work independently when needed.
• Empathetic and professional, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
