Air Pricing Executive/Senior Executive

The incumbent will provide support to the Air Pricing Manager in Air Pricing for tenders and quotation requests. The incumbent will collaborate with overseas offices, product team, and Commercial team on pricing matters related to biddings, RFQs or other ad hoc quotation requests.

• Support the Air Pricing Manager to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing/quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations as well as clients.
• Respond timely to client pricing requests and process e-bids in customer’s portals.
• Coordinate tenders and RFQs for all Air freight products when assigned.
• Obtain pricing from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network (product teams, overseas stations) to provide a solution and pricing to clients as per request
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders.
• Act as a resource for all Air- freight pricing inquiries for Crane Singapore.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports for customers and account managers, when required.
• Track and analyze bid-winning ratios.
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ability in data analysis, careful calculation, and attention to detail.
