About the Role:We are seeking a driven Relationship Manager to join our SME Banking team. In this client-facing role, you will acquire new business clients and deepen relationships within your assigned portfolio by delivering tailored cash management and financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and acquire new SME clients to grow your portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and needs-based solutioning.
- Offer a full suite of products including business accounts, cash management, loans, trade finance, investments, insurance, and hedging solutions.
- Structure and recommend appropriate financial solutions to maximize client value and deepen wallet share.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of client inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct thorough customer due diligence (KYC) and ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the bank to deliver seamless client service.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets as outlined in the performance scorecard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cash management, lending, or relationship management within SME or business banking.
- Strong understanding of working capital financing, cash management solutions, and basic credit principles.
- Proven ability to generate leads, network effectively, and negotiate win-win outcomes.
- Familiarity with customer due diligence processes and regulatory requirements.
