Mass Hiring: Production Operator (Day Shift | 2-Way Transport Provided)

• Structured training and mentoring through a buddy system

• Assemble, test, and inspect units or parts
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment
• Ensure parts installation as per specification and instruction
• Manage documentation (checklists, serial numbers, etc.)
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with interest in assembly and testing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
