Mechanical & Electrical Co-ordinator

About the role

As a Mechanical & Electrical Co-ordinator at SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD', you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the electrical and mechanical aspects of construction projects. This full-time position is based in the Jurong East West Region and requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.

1. Coordinating and overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems on construction sites
2. Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of work
3. Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
4. Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
6. Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams
7. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project's electrical and mechanical systems

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
3. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
7. Thorough understanding of relevant safety and regulatory requirements
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
