Director of Nursing - Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and strategic oversight of the Nursing Department to ensure high standards of care across the homes.
• Ensure professional, cost-effective nursing services through policy development, regular reviews, and implementation of best practices.
• Oversee clinical governance, nursing audits, and infection control measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Enhanced Nursing Standards.
• Maintain accurate patient and staff records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Identify training needs, conduct performance appraisals, and implement staff development plans to uphold clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with internal committees and management on budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid SNB license.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Strong leadership, clinical governance, and team management skills.
• Candidates with experience in nursing home will be advantageous.
• Currently ADON in nursing home will also be considered.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
