Regional Treasury Manager

Role Overview
This is a newly created regional Treasury role to support the newly set up shared services team for a manufacturing group in Southeast Asia.
You will be hands‑on, responsible for day‑to‑day treasury operations while also helping to design, standardise, and scale treasury processes across the region. This is not a passive policy role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily cash positioning and regional cash flow forecasting
- Ensure optimal liquidity across SEA entities
- Lead and manage banking relationships (loans, credit lines, trade facilities)
- Support funding strategy and cost of financing optimisation
- Oversee bank account management, access controls, and online banking platforms
- Drive bank rationalisation across the region
- Monitor FX exposure and support currency risk management
- Oversee payment controls and approve high‑value or sensitive transactions
- Partner closely with Shared Services teams
- Establish and improve treasury SOPs, controls, and governance
- Prepare cash flow and funding updates for regional leadership
- Senior treasury professional with regional (SEA) exposure
- Hands‑on treasury experience (cash, banking, liquidity)
- Experience supporting or building shared services environments
- Manufacturing or industrial background preferred
- Comfortable operating in a project / build‑out phase
- Strong stakeholder management with country finance teams
- ERP exposure (e.g. SAP) and online banking platforms
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent
- 5–8+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience
- Strong understanding of liquidity, cash flow, and banking facilities
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and integrity
