About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Service Sales Engineer to join our Audio-Visual (AV) team.
You will support clients through AV maintenance contracts, service upgrades, and after-sales solutions, ensuring systems remain reliable and well supported.
This role suits candidates who enjoy technology, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities- Present AV service solutions to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify service sales and upselling opportunities
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams on proposals
- Stay updated on AV products and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Meet assigned sales targets
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Sales experience is an advantage
- AV industry experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AV systems is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
