AI Content Editor / Creative Media Editor

We are looking for a highly creative and fast-moving AI Content Editor who understands modern internet culture, short-form storytelling and AI-assisted editing workflows, to join us in our Industry Practice & Creative Innovation Department.

This role supports the growing direction of Raffles Plays and SRPS in digital-first and creator-focused media production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form content for Raffles Plays, podcasts, social media and productions
• Create engaging edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Use AI tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
• Assist with thumbnails, captions, hooks and social-first content direction
• Work closely with producers and creators on storytelling and content formats
• Stay updated with trends, internet culture and modern editing styles

Requirements:

• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar
• Understanding of social media content pacing and storytelling
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Descript, Adobe AI tools, etc.
• Strong sense of humour, storytelling and audience engagement
• Able to work fast and adapt to evolving content trends
