About the role
We are seeking Fish Cutter to join our team at LUI TIONG FISHERY'. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for skillfully cutting and preparing seafood products to meet the needs of our customers. This is a full-time position based in our Toa Payoh location, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the Trades & Services industry.
What you'll be doing- Cutting and trimming various seafood products to precise specifications
- Loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to support efficient operations
- Providing excellent customer service . Able to sell and interact with store customers
- Packing and weighing of seafood.
- Someone that is able to work in wet markets.
- Basic knife skills are needed
- Excellent attitude and have a learning spirit.
- Good communication skills and simple mathematics.
- The ability to work under stress and chaotic situation at times.
