• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, encompassing operating systems, applications, and network components.
• Providing impactful Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for both local and remote users, escalating Level 3 issues to third-party vendors when necessary.
• Managing IT-related assets effectively to facilitate seamless staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Overseeing and updating the company’s WordPress site, ensuring plugin licenses, content, and security updates are maintained.
• Collaborating with vendors, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure dependable and efficient system operations.
• Generating reports and performing basic data analysis to meet business and operational needs.
• Designing and implementing workflow automation solutions using tools such as Google Apps Script, Google Forms, and similar platforms.
• Evaluating current processes to identify inefficiencies, proposing IT-driven improvements that enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Offering practical recommendations on the effective use of digital tools and systems to internal teams.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems, network infrastructure, and general IT environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools (e.g., Forms, Sheets, Apps Script) and/or other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and propose technical solutions that leverage AI or automation.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also being a dependable team player.
• Familiarity with WordPress content management and basic maintenance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
