Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone enquiries from members of the public on financial products such as credit cards, loans, and mortgages.
- Join a specialized team focused on a specific product area to provide tailored customer support.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate information and assist callers in resolving their queries efficiently.
- Comprehensive training provided (1 to 1.5 months).
Requirements:
- Prior call center experience is highly advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to a minimum 1-year tenure.
