Get to Know the Role
As a Sales Executive at Chope, your core mission is to grow our restaurant partner base by bringing exceptional new venues into our ecosystem. From standout independents to rising hospitality groups, you’ll be on the frontline of introducing Chope’s solutions—reservation, table management, and marketing tools—to help restaurants increase their exposure, streamline operations, and grow their business.
This role will report onsite at Singapore Grab office and will report into the Manager, Merchant Sales. You will be working onsite at our One North Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform- Sourcing and prospecting high-quality restaurants through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic targeting.
- Leading outreach via calls, emails, site visits, and meetings to pitch Chope’s solutions.
- Presenting customized proposals that address business needs and drive value for potential partners.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Working cross-functionally with onboarding, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful launches.
- Tracking conversations and outcomes using CRM tools and contributing feedback to improve product and sales processes.
- Staying informed on F&B trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to sharpen your sales approach.
