Working Hours- Day Shift: 7.30am – 5.00pm (Mon–Fri)
- Night Shift: 7.30pm – 5.00am (Mon–Fri)
- Rotating shifts every 2 weeks
- Night Shift Allowance: $14/night

Key Responsibilities- Perform blending and polishing on metal and coated surfaces
- Carry out manual drilling for cooling hole re-opening processes
- Operate testing equipment such as airflow, waterflow, and moment weighing systems
- Operate specialised machinery including robotic polishers, shot peening, and cold spray equipment
- Ensure product quality, equipment care, production targets, and workplace housekeeping standards are met
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Support operational activities and other assigned duties as required
- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years of experience using pneumatic and powered hand tools
- Able to work rotating shifts
