Bukit Merah - Process Engineer

Our client is a notable Semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and they are looking for a Process Engineer. This role will be responsible for providing support to the customers' engineers on Dry Etch Process development.

• Provide support to customer engineers on the development of the Dry Etch process
• Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods
• Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
• Develop and plan projects involving the definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems

• Variable Bonus (Based on company and individual performance.)
• Annual Leave: 15 days (specific details will be provided upon onboarding).
• Mobile Allowance: SGD 100 per month.
• Flexi Benefit: SGD 600 annually (reimbursed on a claim basis).
• Medical Insurance: Coverage details are to be provided.
• Overtime (OT) Payment: Average of 40–50 hours per month, though it may vary and could exceed this.
• Salary Increment (Annual review every July.)

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.

• A few years of relevant experience in the development of Dry Etch processes
• Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
