• Working Days: 5 days work week including weekends, offs on weekdays. Will have shift work
• Working Location: Central
• Monthly Base Salary: $4000 - $5500

• Schedule services in accordance with the established maintenance timetable.
• Supervise contractors while they perform work within the residence to ensure compliance with standards.
• Inspect and verify the quality of work before contractors leave the premises.
• Conduct daily inspections of the residence to identify and report any defects, including fused lights or other maintenance issues.
• Perform daily garden inspections to ensure proper upkeep, including the removal of dried leaves and withered flowers.

• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in facility management
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields
