Group Exercise Instructor

Minimum Classes: 60 per month (average 15 classes per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and energetic Group Exercise Instructors to lead engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid background in fitness instruction.You will play a vital role in enhancing member satisfaction, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and contributing to a dynamic fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a minimum of 60 group classes per month across various formats (e.g., HIIT, cycling, strength training, etc.)
- Deliver high-energy, results-driven classes with proper technique and safety in mind
- Engage and motivate participants of all fitness levels
- Provide modifications and progressions as needed
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional class environment
- Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous class improvement
- Collaborate with the fitness team and attend regular meetings or training sessions
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained and used appropriately

Requirements:- Valid certification in Group Exercise Instruction (ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, Zumba, Yoga Alliance, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain upon hiring)
- Proven experience in conducting group fitness classes (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to teach a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- • Certified in at least 2 LM programs
