About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and well-presented Part-Time Retail Associate to join our luxury lighting showroom at Orchard. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting showroom operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients in the showroom with professionalism and warmth
- Present product collections, craftsmanship stories, and brand heritage to potential clients and designers
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, client follow-ups, and showroom appointments
- Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Assist with stock checks, sample management, and coordination for deliveries or installations
- Provide administrative support related to sales, client records, and marketing materials
