Content Producer

We're looking for passionate and creative individuals to join the Customer Group Growth team as Content Producers. We have multiple openings across the following brands, driven by team growth and staff movement as we continue to strengthen our digital content capabilities:

• Clarity Female-centric lifestyle content
• 987 Personality-driven lifestyle content
• 8days Topical entertainment and light news

Please indicate your preferred content vertical in your application, if any.

• Develop and produce video content for social media platforms that is timely, trend-aware and aligned with brand tone
• Collaborate with internal creatives and freelancers to bring ideas to life
• Familiar with social media gear for video production, including lighting and sound equipment if necessary
• Edit content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut
• Repurpose content into various digital formats (e.g., short-form videos, memes, GIFs, galleries)
• Contribute creative production techniques and fresh ideas during content planning
• Stay up to date with trends on social media, content formats, and audience preferences
• Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
• No minimum experience required just a strong creative mindset, social media savvy and a willingness to learn
• A fresh graduate or early-career talent with relevant projects, internships, or freelance experience
• A creative storyteller with a strong eye for visuals, editing, or design
• Familiar with digital content tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other relevant platforms
• Up to date with digital and social media trends
• Organized, collaborative, and proactive in sharing ideas
