Customer Service Officer x 5 [West | Part Time]

Our client is a key public sector organisation dedicated to advancing animal welfare standards, public education, and community collaboration in Singapore. They are currently seeking Customer Service Officers to support frontline operations and deliver quality service experiences to members of the public.

• Location: Various location
• Working Days/Hours: Depending on locations
• Activation fee: $50 per activation!!

• Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
• Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics basic report writing
• Assist in collation of feedback via various channels and key into NCMS
• Crowd control management due peak hours
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
• Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
• Comfortable around animals such as dogs, cats and chickens
• Comfortable in wearing PPEs (such as N95 masks and gloves)
