Assistant Manager

Salary: $3000 - $4500

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and production teams on purchases, product specifications, manufacturing processes, and project updates.
• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, budget, systems, and business tools.
• Plan short-term goals and resource needs, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain smooth operations including material procurement, production coordination, and internal communication.
• Propose improvements to simplify systems and processes, supporting business growth strategies.
• Monitor team performance and ensure smooth communication among staff and department heads.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership and performance appraisal experience.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Able to work under pressure, with good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to manage work without supervision.
• Experience in material management and operations (factory-based).
