Senior Manager, Customer Support (APAC)
An exciting Regional Customer Support Lead has just become available at one of the most established and reputable leaders in power solutions manufacturing. This is a role for someone who has strong customer support/service experience in the semiconductor industry.
About the Regional Customer Support Lead role:In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Support operations and team across APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service and sales support teams across APAC.
- Direct all regional customer support activities, ensuring reliable execution from quotation through fulfillment and billing.
- Work in close alignment with sales and commercial teams to embed excellent support.
- Advance standardized processes, digital tools, and service governance across the region
- Assess performance indicators and customer inputs continuously to refine service quality and consistency.
To succeed in the Regional Customer Support Lead role, you will need a strong background in customer support (pre-sales/ post-sales) within Electrical or Semiconductor manufacturing.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in customer support/service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
- Prior experience in leading a team will be preferred.
- Well versed in electrical or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
