Doctor World is a healthtech company dedicated to reimagining the healthcare experience through digital innovation. We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive revenue growth through new partnerships and market opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, especially in the insurance, TPA, and banking sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to align business efforts with product capabilities.
  • Track market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent Care at industry events, meetings, and partner engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on pipeline progress and strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthtech, fintech, insurance, or a related space.
  • Comfortable understanding and discussing tech-based products and services.
  • Prior experience working with or selling into insurance, TPA, or banking channels is a big plus.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Building meaningful partnerships and closing at least 2 deals within your first 6–12 months.
  • Creating and executing scalable strategies that support both short-term wins and long-term growth.
